Qualifications

•Comfortable operating within the business community with professionalism and strong business acumen
•Knowledge of digital productivity tools such as Clickup, Google Workspace, CRMs, and more
•Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
•Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
•Experienced cold-caller with a positive phone presence, and conversational skills to influence potential clients
•Remote work, i.e. work from home

Responsibilities

•You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability
•A true advocate and evangelist for a growth mindset, the ideal candidate will understand that helping our clients grow means helping the community grow and will utilize passion, teamwork, and grit to make a difference
•Able to research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet those needs correctly rather than sell solutions simply to sell them
•Comfortable working with people and able to present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
•Comfortable generating new relationships with inbound and outbound and outreach methods that establish, develop, and nurture business and customer relationships
•Experience in building rapport with new customers and reaching out to customer leads via cold calling, email, video call, phone, etc
•Understands how to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
•Analyze market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
•Consistently keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends in our industry
•Continuously gives and takes specific feedback that is helpful and constructive to build their skills and that of the team

Please Note: This is a commission-only position with a 1099 requirement for US-based applicants

Monthly commission pay starts at $5,000 with no cap.  Average monthly pay ranges between $20,000 – $57,000.
